Tyco AVID Smart Position ICoT FF Calibration Problem

Jan. 1, 2000

LinkedIn group member Manasvi Kailash Veer Singh, instrument engineer for Hyundai Engineering & Construction needs expert advice on a problem he's experiencing.

LinkedIn group member Manasvi Kailash Veer Singh, instrument engineer for Hyundai Engineering & Construction, writes: "I am using a HART calibrator 475 Rosemount and Tyco AVID valve positioner ICoT FF. During calibration I am seeing that the feedback is not okay during PID tuning in auto celebration process. FSTATE occurs due to a poor response of AO block. I tried to change the working set point value in the transducer FF block through HART 475 but a message occurs that 'this value is not writable.' Can anybody tell me how to write parameter in this? I also selected the mode to OOS then tried to change but its not working."
