HFUSA and Fabtech to colocate Industrial Automation North America, MDA North America

Jan. 20, 2017
Both events to be held in Chicago, Illinois, from November 6 through 9

Hannover Fairs USA (HFUSA), Deutsche Messe’s subsidiary, has formed a partnership with the owners of Fabtech including SME, FMA, AWS, PMA and CCAI to colocate trade shows Industrial Automation North America and Motion, Drive & Automation North America (MDA North America).

The events will take place at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois, from November 6-9. Industrial Automation North America will serve factory, process, and building automation technologies while MDA North America is focused on power transmission, motion control and fluid technology.

According to an HFUSA release, the colocation allows it to run these two tradeshows on an annual basis. Both currently are held at the International Manufacturing Technology Show every other year.
