In a seminar entitled "EMC By Your Design," EMC engineers Donald L. Sweeney, Roger Swanberg and Tim Lusha will lead a practical applications workshop that will include individualized product reviews. The two-day event will begin at the Hilton Hotel in Northbrook, Illinois starting on April 25.
The seminar will delve into how to design a product for EMC/EMI, followed by a day-long workshop applying the rules and regulations to real-life products. The seminar aims to teach participants ways to design their products so that they will pass conformity testing without having to add fixes or retest. Participants can bring their prototypes, drawings or board layouts to a free 45-minute personal consultation to discover any EMC/EMI problems while still in the design stage.
