The seven-axis KR810 cobot has a payload of 10 kg and a reach of 850 mm, allowing high production speeds and flexibility in tool movement. It is well-suited for industrial applications involving human-robot collaboration because of the seventh axis or “wrist” joint and safety-compliant designs inherent to the cobot class of automated material handling solutions. With its seventh-axis wrist, the cobot emphasizes maneuverability. Work cell designers can place the cobot to the side of an opening, making it easier for employees to access computer numeric control (CNC) systems and related machinery. It is easily programmed by any technical expertise level, from engineer to machine operator.
