The FT 300 force torque sensor is 10 times more sensitive than the previous version. With plug-and-play integration on all Universal Robots, the sensor performs highly repeatable precision force control tasks. The sensor comes with updated URCap software that can feed data to the Universal Robot’s force mode. This feature allows users to perform precise force insertion assembly and many finishing applications in which force control with high sensitivity is required. The software includes a calibration routine, and a dashboard provides real-time force and moment readings on all six axes. Prebuilt programming functions are embedded in the software for intuitive programming.
