The compact X20CP0420 controller is 37.5 mm wide, including the power supply. It achieves cycle times down to 4 ms and is equipped with 128 MB RAM and 256 MB internal flash memory. With Ethernet, USB and RS-232, the controller offers plenty of communication options. An optional CAN bus interface also is available. With no fans or batteries, the controller is maintenance-free. The I/O modules can be connected directly to the controller and line up seamlessly. The entire system saves space in the control cabinet. The controller has a built-in power supply for itself and the connected I/O modules.
