The S series I/O modules can be used with any controller or computer that has the capability to be a ModbusTCP or Modbus RTU master. The series is a complete family that support a variety of signals and combinations of digital and analog I/O per module. Some modules support only serial Modbus communications, while others support both serial and Ethernet ModbusTCP. Removable terminal blocks, universal inputs, surge protection and signal isolation, DIN rail and panel mounting are some of the common features in every module.
