The PSI series programmable dc power supplies offer an extensive set of analog and digital interfaces to operate in either PLC- or PC-based control systems. The 10000 series supplies output 30 kW with voltages up to 2,000 V or currents as high as 1,000 A and can be paralleled to output up to 1.92 MW. They have an auto-ranging output characteristic that enables them to output full power over a range of voltages. They are housed in space-saving 2U–4U 19-in full-rack enclosures and offer efficiencies ranging from 93 to 95.5%.
