This rugged brushless dc motor has been developed to withstand harsh conditions. The 1.5-in-diameter DII15-60-200A high-pressure high-temperature motor has been tested to operate under continuous duty in temperatures as high as to 205 ºC and pressures as great as 30,000 psi. The motor features Hall commutation and uses rare-earth magnets to support high operating efficiencies and corrosion resistance. It is designed to withstand shock to 1,000 G and vibration to 25 G. The motor can be customized for gearbox or other feedback device options. Winding variations also are offered to meet a range of controller voltages and currents.
