The Dodge HT500 synchronous drive system is designed to deliver high torque, low maintenance and potential energy savings with less overhung load than V-belts. The companion to HT500 sprockets is the HT500 high-torque synchronous belt with 8-mm and 14-mm metric pitch. The belt is made with polyurethane for harsh-environment resistance and carbon fiber cords, which helps to provide high-torque carrying capacity. Sprockets come in a variety of tooth counts, materials and plating. They are made with the modified curvilinear tooth profile for 8-mm and 14-mm pitches.
