For serial communications in industrial environments, SER-485-IC, an RS-232 to RS-422/485 isolated converter; SER-485-FXC (RS-232/485 to multimode fiber converter); and SER-FXC-IR (RS-422/485 isolated repeater); extend transmit range, have an operating range -40 to 80 C, and provide 2,000 V 3-way optical isolation. In a DIN-rail enclosure, the devices provide 10-48 Vdc iInput power, are UL Class I, Div 2, CE approved and have removable terminal blocks for serial and power connections.
