Checker 101 vision sensor visually detects the presence or absence of multiple items during the manufacturing process. The sensor can analyze more than 400 images per sec. and can automatically detect when a product is ready to be inspected. Illumination, optics, sensor, processor, memory and I/O are fully integrated in a single industrial-grade package about the size of a cell phone. No external trigger is required, even for products in continuous motion at high speed.
