IP65-rated Step AS hybrid step motor and driver package never loses synchronism. An embedded rotor position sensor constantly monitors performance to ensure no loss of motion. A protective earth ground terminal on the metal connector to the motor case properly grounds the motor to ISO 12100 conformance. The 60 mm square Step motors develop up to 280 oz.-in. holding torque; the 80 mm square motors develop up to 560 oz.-in. holding torque.
