First annual Rittal Innovation Days celebrates 40 years of U.S-based manufacturing

The first-ever Rittal Innovation Days (RID) will take place online August 24-25, offering attendees access to industry experts who can explain how products and solutions are pushing industrial automation and IT forward.

The two-day virtual event will feature a variety of panel discussions, presentations, interactive Q&As and chat rooms with individuals from Rittal, ePlan and Rittal’s channel partners. This year’s program will highlight topics including Industry 4.0, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and automation trends, including new product innovations, as well as productivity solutions such as enclosures, power distribution, climate control, IT infrastructure, automation systems and software.

The event will also feature several keynote speakers, including Mike Freund, chief executive officer at Rittal North America; John Finnegan, vice president of industrial sales at Rittal North America; and Jack Sosnowski, vice president of commercial and business operations at Rittal North America.

This year Rittal North America marked 40 years of U.S-based manufacturing. RID will address the challenges manufacturing companies face in the industrial automation and IT marketplace, and it will offer solutions through modular design, engineering and seamless integration.
