Rockwell Automation receives NAED Industry of Merit Award

The award recognizes company’s commitment to its distribution channel

The National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) recently honored Rockwell Automation with the Industry of Merit Award for its commitment to its distributors and its approach to building partnerships aimed at fostering positive business results.

"Rockwell Automation has had a profound impact on our great industry for more than fifty years. This is a company that is known for the long, strong and personal relationships it builds with its distributor partners, including sharing resources through training opportunities, said Jim Risk, CEO, Kirby Risk Electrical Supply Company. "They support NAED because it provides great value to the distributors and to the electrical industry." 

The annual achievement awards recognize companies that have made contributions to the electrical industry and have been active in promoting, supporting and improving the electrical distribution channel.

"This award reflects our ongoing commitment to our distributors, customers and NAED. NAED provides Rockwell Automation distributor partners great benefit in the quest to overcome obstacles and disruptors that we face in this technology-driven world. This award is a great honor for our company,” said Steve DuBois, regional vice president, North America channels, Rockwell Automation.

The award was presented at the 2018 NAED national meeting in Chicago.
