UBS Transformance, which aims to create and bring around a Transformational Leadership for Individuals and Industry, hosted the 4th edition Design Thinking Conclave and Awards in Mumbai, India and awarded various individuals and organization for their design thinking prowess. Sheikh Rafik Manihar Ahmed from Fluor was among the awardees, winning the "Design Thinking Personality of the Year 2018." The conference was held Apr. 11 at the JW Marriot, Juhu, Mumbai.
