Endress+Hauser's new building inaugurated in 2016 in Italy was designed to be energy efficient as seen in these photovoltaics on the roof.
Endress+Hauser has received a Gold Recognition Level certificate in the
EcoVadis supplier sustainability audit, improving on E+H's previous year’s result with 66 points.
According to E+H, the result illustrates the importance it places on its corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the approach it takes.

The gold certificate confirms that we are moving in the right direction. At the same time, it serves as an objective evaluation of our social responsibility for our customers.”
Twenty-one criteria were assessed in the audit, including environment, labor practices, fair business practices, and sustainable procurement. The company achieved an above average rating for all categories.
EcoVadis runs a platform that allows companies to assess the environmental and social aspects of their suppliers. Structured scorecards allow it to track and improve environmental, social and ethical performance worldwide. Over 20,000 companies use EcoVadis.
