Siemens and PAS Global partner to address ICS cybersecurity

Sept. 19, 2017
The global strategic partnership also aims to bridge the visibility gap for distributed, legacy control assets providing insight into fleet security

Siemens has announced it has partnered with industrial control system (ICS) cybersecurity solutions company PAS Global, to provide stronger visibility and security across the ICS - particularly in the oil and gas and utility sectors.

According to Siemens, the partnership will increase visibility to detect and respond effectively to attacks across the operating environment, provide deep analytics required to identify and inventory proprietary, multi-vendor assets and allow the ability to secure proprietary and non-proprietary control systems – guarding against both cyber attacks as well as unauthorized engineering changes.

The Siemens-PAS global strategic partnership also aims to bridge the visibility gap for distributed, legacy control assets providing insight into fleet security.
