Best Employers 2013 Award Recognizes Company for Employee Engagement and Leadership

A provider of hardened networking, communication and computing solutions has made Aon Hewitt's list of Best Employers 2013 award for Taiwan, a 10-country study of the best employers in Asia Pacific.

Moxa's headquarters for global design and engineering operations has been recognized for outstanding employee engagement and leadership. The company's global sales and marketing headquarters in Brea, Calif., was also named one of the "Top O.C. Workplaces" by Orange County Register.

"It's clear that Moxa's emphasis on corporate culture and employee welfare has become a true differentiator in our industry," said John Yelland, vice president of global marketing for Moxa. "Over the past 25 years, our company has continued to invest heavily in programs that enable employees to fully develop their potential and be recognized for their contributions."

Companies that participated in the study were measured on four key factors that have been identified as critical by human resources, according to Moxa. The factors included: high employee engagement, compelling employer brand, effective leadership and high-performance culture.
