Allendale Machinery Systems and Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York, will host “Robots. Accessories. Solutions,” a collaborative automation event on September 20-21 at the college. The first day will focus on topics for industry professionals, while the second will include academic content, as well.
Marty McGill, vice president and co-owner of Allendale Machinery Systems, was named a Hudson Valley 2023 Manufacturing Champion by the Council of Industry.

As part of the event, Women in Manufacturing will present a special feature entitled “Tools, Not Tiaras—Empowering Girls for Careers in Manufacturing.”
The breakfast gathering is designed to empower the next generation of female leaders in the manufacturing field. A special breakfast event and exclusive tour of the Gene Haas building at Hudson Valley Community College are included. Attendees will have the opportunity to network and interact with accomplished women leaders in the manufacturing sector, as well as listen to motivational speeches from successful women pioneers in manufacturing who have shattered stereotypes and achieved remarkable feats in their careers.
