Deutsche Messe is accepting applications for the third editions of two prestigious prizes for female professionals in STEM disciplines, which will be awarded during the FemWorx career congress at Hannover Messe in April.
The Engineer Woman Award honors an expert who stands out through her innovative prowess, her strong commitment or noteworthy achievements in the technical domain.
The Young Engineer Woman Award recognizes women under the age of 30 who excel in a specialty field or demonstrate exceptional commitment beyond a primary work area.
The invitation for applications is aimed at all companies and institutions that are represented as exhibitors at Hannover Messe. Only one candidate per company can be nominated for each of the awards. The deadline for applications is January 24.
The awards will be presented in a ceremony during the FemWorx career congress on April 3-4 at Hannover Messe. An independent jury comprising members of the Congress Advisory Board evaluates the applications and nominates three finalists for each of the two awards. The two award winners will be announced at the congress.
Participation is free of charge, and the application documents are available online.
