Weidmuller introduces new Data Hub

Weidmuller's new Data Hub integrated with u-OS introduces a powerful and flexible solution to longstanding integration challenges in industrial automation, Automation World reported on Sept. 15.

By supporting REST, Real Time and NATS APIs on a single platform, Data Hub allows seamless communication across cloud systems, embedded controllers and real-time applications.

This means engineers can connect analytics dashboards via REST, maintain deterministic control via the Real Time API (ideal for environments like Codesys) and use NATS for low-latency event streaming between embedded systems, all without needing complex middleware or proprietary gateways.
