Delta Computer Systems celebrates 40 years with a refreshed logo

Aug. 8, 2022

Delta Computer Systems Inc. of Battle Ground, Washington is celebrating 40 years in business this summer. Delta, a manufacturer of high-performance motion controllers, was incorporated in June 1982. Since then, Delta has grown into the go-to choice for industrial hydraulics and other demanding applications in the manufacturing, wood products, automotive, testing, entertainment, aerospace, and many other industries.

"At this time, I want to extend a big thank you to those who have been instrumental in Delta's success: Current and former Delta employees, consultants, contractors, vendors, and—most importantly—customers," said Steve Nylund, Delta's CEO, co-owner and one of the founders. "Our focus has always been to provide high-performance products that are easy to apply while backing them with exceptional customer support, and I am gratified to see that that focus continues to be successful. As we move into the next chapter of Delta's future, we remain focused on that mission."

Delta chose to introduce a refreshed company logo in conjunction with the 40th anniversary celebration. Delta Motion represents a reinforcement of Delta's ongoing focus on the industrial motion control market. Delta has long used the website address deltamotion.com, so the refreshed logo further promotes consistency for new and existing customers. The legal business name will remain Delta Computer Systems Inc. for the foreseeable future, although CEO Nylund states that, "the plan is to eventually change the company's name to Delta Motion Inc." The new logo will be used in Delta's marketing moving forward.
