Austrian company HENN Group will acquire the business operations of Eisele Pneumatics in Waiblingen, Germany and Eisele Connectors in Michigan, United States on January 8.

The transaction was successfully completed as planned on March 1. Eisele will become a subsidiary of HENN and thus also a part of the HENN Group. Johannes Jeitler will act as the new managing director.

As part of the HENN Group, Eisele will play a role in the continuous development of connection solutions in various industrial segments.

Eisele Pneumatics GmbH & Co. KG will do business as EISELE GmbH while contact persons, telephone and extension numbers as well as email addresses remain unchanged.
