The TwinSafe Motion Wizard has been added as an extension of the TwinCAT 3 Safety Editor (TE9000) to make drive safety easier to configure. Starting from an existing or virtual drive configuration, the wizard allows engineers to create a complete motion safety application in an intuitive way. The provided TwinSafe code is based on methods used in applications in the field and is easy to deploy across all drives in the AX8000 multi-axis servo system series. The resulting safety project needs only some application-specific parameters (e.g., speed or position limits) so that it can be downloaded and activated directly afterward.
