Optimal Engineering Systems Motorized yaw-pitch stages

These high-accuracy yaw-pitch stages are well-suited for precise measurement of angles or object curvature. YP110-10-01 is stepper motor-driven, YP110-10-02 is brushless servo motor-driven, and YP110-10-03 is dc servo motor-driven. The pitch stage has cross-roller guides and ±10° range of travel. The maximum speed is 14°/second with stepper motor-driven version and 90°/second with the servo motor-driven versions. The 65-mm x 65-mm table has a precise pattern of threaded holes for fixtures or tooling, an accuracy of 0.05° and repeatability of ±0.01°. The rotation center height is 75 mm, and the pitch axis is equipped with end-of-travel limit switches to signal the motion controller to stop the motion at each end.
