Carlo Gavazzi CA12 series are M12 capacitive proximity sensors with IO-Link communication for industrial automation. They come in PBT, stainless steel or PEEK housing and offer features like configurable sensing distance, selectable logic functions, timer functions, logging functions and two separate switching signal channels. IO-Link communication allows for advanced data like temperature and dust alarms for predictive maintenance. Additional features include selectable sensing distance and hysteresis; sensing mode: single point, two point and window modes; logic functions: AND, OR XOR and Gated SR/FF; timer functions: ON, OFF and One Shot; configurable output/input: NPN, PNP, Push-Pull and external input.
